Customization
The minimum order quantity for jersey manufacturing depends on the product you have ordered.
Without specific project details, it is impossible to accurately estimate the processing time of an order: the processing cycle may depend on the services provided and the complexity of the order. The processing time for standard orders is two weeks. Please note that shipping time is not included in the estimated processing cycle for orders.
Okay. Please indicate that urgent processing is required when placing an order. If you submit your order first and then request expedited delivery, it may be impossible to complete your order as required due to our production schedule.
Please note: All urgent orders require payment of non-negotiable urgent fees, calculated on a daily basis.

Sample
Yes, we provide samples for all our products; Simply select any product in the store to obtain samples.

BAIZI SPORTS clothing will provide free samples for any production order. However, please note that free pre production samples cannot be made until the deposit for the production order is received. If you need samples before placing an order for production, we can meet your requirements – but the prerequisite is that you need to pay for the sample fee. Although we can technically produce finished samples of any garment and offer a 50% discount, please note the relevant fees if you still need samples.
We will complete the sample within five days after receiving the design confirmation. If the fabric is out of stock, it will take a few more days to purchase.
Yes, we can make samples based on your design. If the fabric you need is in stock, we will complete the sample within 3 days! If the fabric you need is not available, we will spend a few days searching for it; If we cannot find a suitable fabric, we will contact you to confirm if other fabrics can be used as substitutes.

The quotation is provided by our cost and finance department, depending on your specific needs. Our team will provide you with a quotation within 24 to 48 hours.

For example, suppose you contacted BAIZI SPORTS on January 1st to order jerseys and need to receive the goods before the event on January 15th. You started placing orders on January 1st and informed everyone that you need to receive the goods on January 15th. But after the order was generated, you did not make the payment immediately, but waited until January 6th to complete the payment. Unfortunately, at this time we can only charge for expedited fees or ship on January 20th according to the standard two-week delivery cycle. This is because we only start processing your order after you submit the payment.

payment
If the order amount exceeds 5000 yuan, a 50% deposit must be paid before production begins, and the remaining amount must be paid in full before we deliver the finished product to you. Order amount less than 5000 yuan: Full payment must be made before production begins. Please note that we will only begin production of orders after receiving a deposit or full payment. In addition, we will never deliver finished products without receiving full payment.
